To ensure the smooth operation of our salon, we kindly ask for adequate notice of no less then

48 hours if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.


For last-minute cancellations or no-shows 50% of the service fee will be charged as it limits our

ability to offer the reserved time to other clients.


As a small business, cancellations made without sufficient notice can significantly impact our

team, whose livelihoods depend on the services they provide.

Aurum Clothing Protection Policy & Waiver

At Aurum, we take every precaution to protect our clients’ clothing and

personal belongings during hair and beauty services. We provide protective

capes, towels, and other coverings to minimise the risk of damage.

However, due to the nature of professional colouring, cutting, and chemical

treatments, we cannot guarantee that clothing, handbags, or personal items

will remain free from stains, damage, or discolouration. Some products may

permanently mark fabrics, particularly light-coloured, delicate, or absorbent

materials.

To help protect your clothing, we kindly ask that you:

• Remove any valuable, delicate, or light-coloured garments before your

appointment where possible.

• Wear the protective covering provided for the duration of your service.

• Keep personal belongings such as handbags and coats stored safely

away from the service area.

By proceeding with your appointment, you acknowledge and accept that

while Aurum takes every reasonable precaution to avoid damage, the salon

and its staff are not liable for any damage to clothing, accessories, or

personal belongings that may occur during your service.
