So we have compiled a list of Questions and Answers that may help with any queries you may have.
Q. Do I have to wait a long time while getting my hair done?
A. We value your time and know how busy life can be.
We listened, when so many people told us that they simply didn’t have 3-4 hours plus to be sitting in a salon getting their hair done.
We have a system in place where your stylist directs the result and the whole team knows the plan - we are constantly checking in and helping each other.
This way we ensure that you get the same beautiful results and relaxed experience - just much more efficiently!
Q. How do I choose the right package and treatments?
A. We always advise new clients to book a complementary consultation, so we can help make recommendations for your dream hair and to make sure the right package is booked for you. We can also give you an accurate quote and advise on the maintenance involved with your style.
Q. I have curly hair, who's the best stylist to see?
A. Half of our team has curly hair so we have personal experience as well as professional as how to treat the curliest of hair. Book in our complementary consultation to find your favourite stylist.
Q. How do I book my appointment?
A. You can book your appointment in person, via phone or online. You can also reschedule your appointment online by logging in to our booking system.
Q. Will I receive a reminder before my appointment?
A. Yes a few days prior to you appointment you will receive a txt message or email to remind you of your appointment.
Q. What products do you use?
A. We use Lakme Colour, Evo Fabuloso and Staino and recommend Homecare from Teknia, Olaplex, Evo, ColorWow, L’Oréal and Pureology.
Q. Do you guarantee your services?
A. We guarantee the professionalism and experience of our stylists.
We want you to love your experience with us, however we do have a redo policy.
If there are any issues with your hair or your experience in the salon please make contact with us via email within 7 days after your appointment and we will gladly fit you in to rectify the issue free of charge.
Q. What method of payment do you accept?
A. We accept Eftpos, and some Credit Cards,
We also offer Afterpay & ZipPay.

We want you to love your experience with us!
If there are any issues with your hair or your experience in the salon please make contact with us via email within 7 days after your appointment and we will gladly fit you in to rectify the issue free of charge.
AURUM CANCELLATION POLICY
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to change your appointment.
We require a deposit on all online bookings.
Please understand that if we are unable to fill your booked space, a fee equal to 50% of the service will be charged if we are not given enough notice to fill the time spot that you have booked out with our stylist.
This creative work we do is what we love - but please remember it is also our team & family livelihoods.
We are a small business so last minute cancels can hit hard.
We ask that you please respect our time and let us know as soon as possible so we can fill your appointment space.
We are also understanding that extreme circumstances can come up so please communicate with us if there are any issues.
